Doors open 30mins before screenings. All seats are unreserved so please turn up in good time to select the seat(s) of your choice. Note that for busy performances, if you have not arrived by the scheduled start time your seat may be resold to someone on the ticket waiting list. We are sorry but no refunds are possible.
If you have purchased a ticket and for some reason do not intend to come to the performance, please let us know so we can give your seat to someone who wants it.
Designated accompanying carers to the disabled are admitted free of charge but must be booked in advance.
