Christmas Secret Stones Treasure Trail 6th – 14th December 2019

An exciting new addition to Seaford’s Christmas Magic this year is the ‘Christmas Secret Stones Treasure Trail’. Seaford Town Council and Secret Stones have worked together to create a treasure trail amongst the independent shops in Seaford Town Centre that will kindle the Christmassy spirit in young and old alike!

The Christmas Secret Stones have been beautifully designed and painted by year 2 children at Seaford County Primary School. There are 14 independent shops taking part in the treasure trail, where the Christmas Secret Stones will be displayed in amongst their festive window displays. When you find the stone, just pop inside the shop and they’ll give you a stamp on your treasure trail form.

The Council are happy to give you a few clues to get you started: there are 7 shops in Broad Street, 3 shops in Sutton Park Road, 2 shops in Place Lane, 1 shop in High Street and 1 shop in Church Street, all with a merrily colourful stone hiding in their windows. Competition forms are available from Friday 6th December from the Tourist Information Centre on Church Street, Seaford.

Completed competition forms need to be returned to the Tourist Information Centre by Saturday 14th December 2019 at 1pm to be entered into the prize draw.

Many of the participating shops have donated prizes to be won and the 1st prize will be the use of a fantastic West View Beach Hut for the day, donated by Seaford Town Council! The winners will be drawn and contacted on Tuesday 17th December 2019.

Don’t forget Seaford Town Council has successfully secured free car parking from Lewes District Council on Saturday 7th, 14th & 21st December 2019.The car parks included are Saxon Lane, Sutton Road and West Street; all other parking restrictions remain unchanged.

Seaford town centre is blessed with a variety of independent shops and traders, so please do make the most of this free parking opportunity to come and indulge in some Christmas shopping locally and support those that keep the town centre thriving.

Good luck finding the Christmas Secret Stones!
