Our priority is to protect the safety of our customers and our colleagues. We’re really pleased that the amount of cash being handled on our buses has reduced since the Covid-19 restrictions began, but we recognise that there’s more we can do to help prevent the spread of this virus. So, to help keep you and our colleagues a little safer, from Thursday 14 May we won’t be issuing change if you pay with cash on our buses across the South East. This means that if you pay more than the exact fare we will be unable to give you the change. Instead we will be donating cash over-payments (where customers have paid more than the exact fare) to Demelza Hospice Care for Children. You can also pay contactless |

Please keep a safe distance from the driver and other passengers when boarding and leaving the bus
