Saturday August 10th is also the South Coast Triathlon day as detailed, when the competitors will be put to the test.
This will make for good spectacle so do go and show support for the Athletes.
Remember that the event takes place on the seafront so the Seafront Road will be closed to traffic and there may also be disruption on roads leading to the seafront.
