|The Department for Education has launched The Skills Toolkit, a free online learning platform.|
Course topics and content purposely cover the skills which are highly valued by employers and sought after in a wide range of jobs, from everyday maths and tools for using email and social media more effectively at work, to more advanced training in marketing and coding.
The courses are open to everyone and are online and flexible, so learners can work through them at their own pace.

Loans for social enterprises and charities
The Resilience and Recovery Loan Fund (RRLF) is a new fund for social enterprises and charities who are experiencing disruption to their normal business model as a result of COVID-19. It has been established to make the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme more easily accessible to charities and social enterprises.
The RRLF is being run by Social Investment Business (SIB) with an initial £25m investment and support from Big Society Capital.
