A Lorry Driver has been fined for drink-driving.
Ion-Daniel Toroiman was caught with 86 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood, the legal limit is 80 milligrammes.
The 37-year-old was driving an Iveco cab lorry at East Quay, Newhaven. He pleaded guilty to the offence on January 22 this year.
Toroiman, of no fixed address, has been fined £270, with a victim surcharge of £34 and £85 costs, bringing the total to £389.
He was disqualified from driving for 22 months.
